The site is located in the London Borough of Greenwich with river frontage and views across the London skyline including Canary Wharf and The City. The proposed scheme will redevelop the site to provide a 16 storey building comprising 100 luxury residential units with space for a retail unit and cafe on the ground floor. The application also sees the addition of car parking, cycle parking, refuse storage and amenity space. The proposal includes a 3,983 sq ft landscaped garden on the 5th floor and a large secured parking facility for 60 cars and 3 spaces at ground level. The scheme has been implemented without any requirement for affordable housing and net saleable residential area of 73,186 sq ft.
