A local supplier with a gastronomic offer is to be accommodated on the ground floor. An exhibition room is also conceivable. Areas are also available on this level, e.g. for office use. Offices are still available on the other two floors, on the 1st and 2nd floors. Units from 145 m² to 830 m² are conceivable. The parking spaces are at ground level on the northeast side of the building. In the urban and architecturally appealing building, due to its central and advantageous location, the aim is to use it in the service sector, whereby larger contiguous areas can also be realized. The location is particularly suitable for regionally and nationally important companies.
