The assignments are very important, if in the urban plan it is not possible to make a hotel, no interest. We are looking for places where we can grow our vegetables, fruit, olives, vines, etc. We are looking for farms or castles, but not "fortresses". The building or buildings must always have a minimum surface area of ​​2,500 m2 and can be spread over several buildings. We generally look for 25 to 45 rooms, the room size must be at least 45 m2 and more for suites. Separate buildings for villas are also fine. We can provide a blueprint for a fully sustainable construction that protects the biosphere and is built without "foundations", prefabricated and then assembled on site. All resources will be sustainable. In Menorca and Formentera, the land must have access to the beach or the sea. In Mallorca it would be nice if it could be the same, otherwise it should have at least a sea view, we don't want to be stuck inland. In Andalusia and in the regions of the mainland it is different, we are always interested in farms.
