We are looking for hotels that are already built, preferably free of operator and with the objective of repositioning them, with the possibility of adding value via CAPEX and/or change of operator. Number of rooms: Urban Destinations: Minimum 100 rooms; Holiday Destinations: Minimum 150 rooms. Destinations: Spain: Urban: Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Seville, San Sebastian, Bilbao, Valencia or similar; Holiday: Costa del Sol, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Costa Brava. Portugal: Urban: Lisboa, Porto; Holiday: Algarve. Italy: Urban: Milan, Rome, Venice, Florence; Holiday: Sardinia (North and East Coast), Sicily, Puglia, Northern Alps, Forte dei Marmi, Liguria Coast, Amalfi Coast. Greece: Urban: Athens; Holiday: Rhodes, Santorini, Mykonos, Zakynthos, Corfu, Crete. NO interested in hotel development. Happy to deal with owners or mandates brokers/representatives that are being paid by sellers.
