Client with a particularly strong current interest in 4* hotels in Spain and Portugal. The investor prefers beach assets, but will also consider other 4* options in either country. Target maximum price of €300k per key for the right asset, but the sweet spot is around €250k per key. Seeking for over 100 keys, and preferably much larger. Only seeking for hotels where investor can take over brand and management Preference is a direct connection to an owner or a directly appointed representative.
