I have two clients looking for hotels with the following specifications. - 1st client: Central or Western Europe, 7%+ cap rate, managed by reputed operator (no lease/franchisee), no new hotels or renovation required, 50-200M euro budget -2nd client: 4 or 5+ hotels, fully operational no renovation required, within 60mins from airport, 200+ rooms. Interested cities: Barcelona, Milan, Paris, Brussels
