We are looking for boutique hotel assets in touristic locations of Europe. Only markets which would always remain a tourist spot. Location which is really strategic from nature’s perspective. Target return 12% equity IRR over the period of 10 years. Target occupancy at 75% plus. Over 10 years we would expect capital gains in terms of real estate.
