We will consider assets in both primary and secondary markets provided the markets are showing favorable economic and market conditions. We will be looking at purchasing existing blue chip assets, however, our preference is to buy and refurbish existing income producing assets and also speculative development of suitable land lots where there is a clear pathway to creating a high preforming asset. We will look at single assets, however, our
preference is to purchase large portfolios. The focus of our assets will be on reversionary income and assets the are showing a strong future growth due to improving market forces. We are
particularly looking for assets that support business to consumer delivery; backed by a strengthening online trading and e-commerce sector. Assets that have lease events within 2 – 5 years will be highly desirable as they will allow us to capture reversion, rental growth and the ability to improve tenant mix.
