Investor is looking for residential, office or mixed use buildings in Eastern part of Germany. Buildings should be max 5 years old and no renovation or development required. Max 3-4 tenants and enough parking spaces to satisfy the tenants demand. We are looking for one building for close to €100 million or multiple smaller buildings. Target yield 3.5%+.
