Investor working with a well-known hotel brand looking for hotel properties in A and B cities in the Baltic States. Minimum 80 rooms (preferably 100 - 120). 3-5 star (preferably 3-4 star) hotels. Price range depends on the asset. Preferably without management, otherwise termination option needed.
