We are experienced investors in the Senior Care Residential sector in Spain. We seek properties in any condition, with or without operarator, in any part of Spain, with a mínimum size of 90 residents. (though smaller properties will be considered if located in Madrid Capital) We are a flexible fund, capable of resolving outstanding problems and issues with Spanish authorities on the various levels. We sign commission recognition contracts, and insist on direct Access to the final owner to negotiate purchases.
