Looking for mid to big box assets of a good quality that are typical logistics/distribution facilities (>8m clear height, >3 tons/PSM loading, numerous dock doors). Additionally, permitted land whereby we can speculatively develop big box distribution centres are of interest. Regarding lease terms - anything with a lease of shorter than 10 years (I am happy to buy vacancy as well).
