INVESTIKA buys Royal Trakt offices in Warsaw

Czech retail investment fund INVESTIKA realitní fond has bought the Royal Trakt offices in Warsaw, Poland.

Royal Trakt Offices on Aleje Ujazdowskie, which was constructed in the 1870s, is one of the most unique office buildings in Warsaw., says legal firm Linklaters who advised on the deal. The seller is global real estate investor, PATRIZIA.

The architectural gem, which was originally constructed as the Pałac Jurkiewicza, was fully refurbished and redeveloped in 2005. Royal Trakt Offices offers around 3,200 square meters of modern offices, which are leased to a mix of tenants.

In the area are embassies, governmental institutions, boutique office buildings and high-end hotels.

The transaction was led by Linklater’s staff Adriana Andrzejewska (counsel) supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (managing associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
