We are mandated by an international hospitality investor to identify a small number of boutique hotels across Greece - intimate, design-led properties with a strong sense of place, typically in the 20-60 key range. If you own - or directly represent the owner of - a property in this category: a private villa-style resort, a design hotel with a loyal following, a small luxury concept with real character, this may be worth a conversation. We work exclusively on the M&A side of hospitality transactions - unconflicted, process-driven, and discreet - and speak only with owners or their direct representatives.
