Investor type: Private investor and developer Strategy: Value-add and opportunistic investments, including renovation, repositioning, reconstruction and new construction. Core and core-plus properties are not within our current focus. Investment volume: Typically €10 million to €60 million per property. Exceptions are possible for opportunities with exceptional potential. Preferred asset classes: Multifamily residential, commercial and high-street properties, trophy assets, development projects, micro-apartments and serviced apartments, hotels and other hospitality assets, urban logistics, and mixed-use properties. We are also interested in joint ventures, project investments and investments in development companies with an established project pipeline. Locations: Major cities throughout Europe, with a preference for prime locations appropriate to the respective asset class. Preferred scenarios: Vacant or partially vacant properties, short WAULTs, ESG or structural deficiencies, and land or assets with additional development potential. Process: Off-market opportunities are welcome. We offer prompt reviews and efficient decision-making processes. Funding: Acquisitions are equity-funded. No external financing is required.
