CHEMPARK Krefeld-Uerdingen has operated since 1877 and generates constant, non- seasonal corporate travel — contractor stays, maintenance crews, supplier and auditor visits — running through the working week, largely insulated from leisure-travel cycles. Germany's hotel sector closed 2025 structurally undersupplied, and Krefeld's existing stock is thin, dated, and concentrated in budget product with little to serve this segment.
