At the beginning of the 1970s, the ensemble was built as a stud farm on a hill in an exclusive, secluded location between Undingen and Erpfingen. The equestrian facility offers space for up to 60 horses in spacious boxes and appropriate open stables with direct access to the rounded pastures and paved sand courts. A large outdoor riding arena (size approx. 40x70m) with lighting and acoustic system as well as the light-flooded riding arena (track size 20x60m) with wind nets for good ventilation and adjacent grandstand offer space for riders and spectators. The insulated new hall roof, an automatic frost-proof irrigation system and an acoustic system inside and outside make it possible to practice riding at any time of the year. A movement area (30x40m) complements the different training options for horse and rider. The house, which was only built in 2007 (approx. 600m²), offers special living comfort with unobstructed panoramic views. Special features such as geothermal heating, the low-energy construction, two stoves, a sauna, underfloor heating with cooling function, a ventilation system with heat recovery, intelligent building technology and a high-quality fitted kitchen complete the exclusive living concept. The house next door, about 150 meters away, with three separate apartments is suitable for accommodating guests or employees (total usable and living space approx. 400 m²).
