We are retained by one of its clients on a buy-side mandate to identify income-generating hospitality assets (city hotels, beachfront resorts, etc...) across Italy.
Investment Criteria are as follows:
1. Ticket size: €15-80M per ticket
2. Asset size: 100+ keys
3. Not seeking heavy repositioning or turnaround opportunities
