We manage real estate investments through both funds and co-investment structures on behalf of global institutional investors. Our key strategies are property repositioning, redevelopment, and operational improvements.​ We primarily focus on value-add and opportunistic deals, where we can enhance asset value through repositioning, redevelopment, or operational improvements. Our preferred locations include capital cities and key tourist destinations, but we are open to select opportunities in secondary locations if they offer strong demand fundamentals. Our typical investment ticket size ranges from €10 million to €50 million, depending on the asset profile and market. We do consider greenfield developments, provided they have permits in place and a clear path to execution. This applies to both hotel developments and villa projects seeking equity partners. We are open to assets with existing operations, including those with lease, management, or franchise agreements, as long as there is potential for value creation. Joint venture developments are of interest to us, particularly when we can leverage our expertise to enhance returns and create long-term value.
