We are looking for an Online Community and Listing Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our online users. The Community Manager’s role is to be the first point of contact for our new online users, oversee the profiles of all existing registered users, review new listings and develop new business from existing users.
What does a Community & Listing Manager do?
Community and Listing Manager is responsible for the management of relationships with registered users and for managing all property listing information on the platform. CLM maintains the company's existing relationships with user, so that they will continue using the company for business. Daily tasks include maintaining, improving and developing in-house property listing systems, approving new users and property listings, managing property database and updating information. CLM serves to understand the customer's demands, plans how to meet these demands, and generates sales for the company as a result. Feeding back all suggestions for improvement. Ultimately, a successful CLM should collaborate with our transaction team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our online solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Collaborate with transaction team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
2+ year(s) in real estate or similar field
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive) and communication apps (Slack)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Motivated self-starter with attention to detail, customer service skills
Experience with other real estate technology preferred
