Locations: Germany - outskirts of bigger cities (Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin) Austria (Vienna only) Type of property: empty rundown hotels or residential buildings, in some cases office to residential conversions can be considered (subject to floor plans being suitable) Size: minimum 150 rooms (300 beds) minimum room size 18m2 with toilet Target price: Eur 2,500 per m2 or Eur 50,000 per room Transaction type: asset deals are preferred
