Our company is developing sovereign GPU infrastructure for AI and HPC workloads across Europe. We are actively seeking powered land or existing industrial buildings with the following minimum requirements: Grid connection: 10 MW minimum, scalable to 100+ MW preferred Redundant power feed (A/B) from independent upstream sources Plot size: from approx. 2,500 m² Zoning: industrial or data center use permitted Lease term: minimum 15 years Green energy / PPA access preferred Fiber connectivity on site or nearby Target countries: Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Portugal, France, Italy, Norway, Netherlands.
